Pandas is a popular data analysis library built on top of the Python Programming Language. We will leverage this library to work with large datasets. We'll use pandas to ingest CSV data into a pandas DataFrame, a powerful data structure to work with tabular datasets. We'll explore many pandas functions that help gain insight into your data including cleaning, filtering, aggregating, analyzing and visualizing key attributes of your data. This will be a hands-on introduction to the Python pandas library using Jupyter Notebooks which are a convenient, learning friendly and standard tool used by data scientists.
