Vice President, International Black Woman's Public Policy Institute (IBWPPI)
Kathlyn Adams Seay was a co-founder and President and CEO of Ross Technologies, Inc. (RTGX) which she exited in 2016 in a sale. The company developed a diverse contract base that included Army, NSA, Department of State, DARPA, DIA, DISA, DEA, FEMA, and Air Force prime and subcontracts.
She has more than 27 years of management and technical experience, all in the Intelligence Community market space. kathy started her career after having been recruited by The National Security Agency (NSA) directly from High School.
Kathy spent 9 years at NSA and graduated from a number of their IT and Intelligence training programs and was assigned to progressive positions of increased responsibility. After leaving NSA, Kathy joined the ranks of major DoD integrators as a Program Manager for multi-million dollar DoD contracts.
Kathy has a deep hands experience as a CFO leading financial and accounting operations for government contract organizations. Kathy oversaw the acquisition of multiple government contractor companies which she successfully integrated.
Kathy has acts as a management consultant on projects related to critical infrastructure sector cybersecurity.
Kathy is Vice President of the not for profit International Black Woman's Public Policy Institute (IBWPPI) where she develops and leads program initiatives around the world centered on entrepreneurship and economic empowerment of women in developing and emerging economies.
Kathy is a key leader in the annual IBWPPI legislative conference held by the organization in Washington DC where they convene with elected officials and foundations of major corporations on topics such as human sexual trafficking, women's health, voting impediments and STEM education.
