MISI Lands Two Defense Industrial Base Supply Chain Subscribers

MISI is excited to announce the addition of two new customers seeking to utilize MISI and its team for CMMC 2.0 compliance coaching, red team operations, continuous cyber threat monitoring and MISI Security Operations Center (MSOC) Elastic Center of Excellence (ECE) cyber threat services.

MISI is making an impact locally and nationally as it provides the most cost effective set of cybersecurity services designed specifically for the small and medium sized defense industrial base supply chain.

A unique MISI capability is its expertise in manufacturing, facilities, and other control systems technologies. Many DoD suppliers are assessed for risks to IT systems but rarely assessed for risks in industrial control and Internet of Things (IoT) systems and technology. This is where MISI adds additional expertise needed for a more wholistic cyber risk and compliance assessment.

Coming in 2022 to MISI's DreamPort facility will be a comprehensive capability to assess cyber threats resident at the firmware level.

The capability will also provide threat intelligence to MISI’s Elastic Cloud stack managed by the MISI MSOC ECE team.

MISI will launch a supply chain cyber and risk training program in partnership with the GBC MISI Academy. The new training program will include firmware cyber and open source information supplier risk assessments.
